Article 1: Applicability and Binding Force
These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and AffinexisAgent. By accessing https://affinexisagentai.com, registering an account, or utilising our proprietary AI services, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2: Nature of Services (No Regulated Advice)
AffinexisAgent provides advanced technical infrastructure for market data aggregation and AI-driven analytical indicators.
No Regulated Financial Advice: We do not provide regulated financial advice under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. All algorithmic outputs, market signals, and "agent" predictions are purely indicative and for technological or educational purposes.
User Autonomy: Any financial decision or market transaction executed by the User based on information obtained through the Platform is performed entirely at the User’s sole discretion and exclusive risk.
Article 3: Statutory Risk Disclosure
The User explicitly acknowledges the following fundamental risks:
Volatility: Financial markets and digital assets are subject to unpredictable and extreme price fluctuations.
AI Limitations: Neural models and predictive agents are based on historical data probabilities and offer no guarantee of future results. AI outputs may be subject to errors based on unforeseen market events.
Capital Loss: There is an inherent risk of partial or total loss of invested capital when engaging in market activities.
Article 4: Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
The entire digital infrastructure of AffinexisAgent, including all proprietary data models, neural architectures, source codes, and UI/UX design, is the exclusive property of the Platform. Users are strictly prohibited from:
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our algorithms.
Utilising automated scrapers or bots for mass data harvesting.
Misusing the infrastructure to facilitate any illicit activities, including market manipulation.
Article 5: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986, AffinexisAgent shall bear no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from technical downtime, algorithmic errors, or market-driven financial losses.
Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand (Auckland Registry).

No part of this platform, its AI content, or its underlying architecture may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of the executive board. Infringement will result in immediate legal proceedings.
4. Anti-Fraud Commitment: AffinexisAgent actively cooperates with New Zealand law
enforcement and global regulatory bodies to ensure a transparent digital environment. Any attempt at system manipulation or fraudulent identity usage will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
